CB South, as Crested Butte South is fondly called, is located about 7 miles North of Crested Butte via Rt 135. This little community is the largest subdivision in the Gunnison Valley, is home to about 1,500 persons and is beautifully situated on about 460 acres on the side of the valley and hillside with spectacular views all around.
